What Are The Common Problems Of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine?

Jan 21, 2022

The most common problems of ultrasonic cleaning machine are three: the display screen is not bright, drainage problems, ultrasonic problems. Among them, the first two kinds of problems are relatively easy to analyze the cause, and easy to solve. Only ultrasound problems are more complex and have many causes, which need to be investigated one by one.

The manifestation of ultrasound problem is no ultrasound or poor ultrasound effect. The cause is mainly in the oscillator and internal circuit board.

Oscillator problem

In the process of using vibrator may appear damp, degumming and other problems.

When there is moisture, the vibrator resistance value will be smaller, if it continues to use may cause damage to the vibrator. You can check the insulation resistance between positive and negative poles of the oscillator by megohmmeter to judge whether it is damp. Damp can be removed by drying or using a hair dryer.

The direct performance of the degummed oscillator is that the connection between the oscillator and the sink is not good, which leads to the inability of the kinetic energy to be transferred to the sink efficiently. Long-term use will cause the oscillator to burn out. However manufacturers in production besides the use of glue, but also the use of screws to strengthen fastening. In this case, there is still the problem of degumming, and the probability is that there has been a collision.

The circuit/circuit board is faulty

When the power is turned on, the machine indicator light is off. At this time to check whether the power switch is intact, whether the power failure caused. Then check whether the machine fuse is blown.

If the power is turned on, the indicator light is on normally, but there is no ultrasound. There are many reasons for this situation. It may be that the socket between the oscillator and the circuit board falls off, or that a line in the line is disconnected. If there is no problem with the circuit board line detected by the multimeter, then check whether the oscillator is burned out. If so, contact the manufacturer for replacement.
